1.⁠ ⁠Please let me know by Monday, May 26. And also start thinking about if it is interesting for you to help work on the program, whether it’s organizing a session or helping select films, music or books. 

2.⁠ ⁠Please transfer me EUR 500 as a non-refundable deposit. If for any reason the event doesn’t take place, I will pay you back. I will ask for the balance after the weekend. I want to keep the total cost as close as EUR 500 per person as possible.

Through the end of May: I will be talking to all of you and share more information about the program in the group, including possibly 1-2 book recommendations we can read ahead of time.

In June: We can coordinate any open logistics, like who is arriving when and how. Probably everyone can share cars from the airport or train station in Milan or from Zurich.
